PAYMENT METHODS
After items have been added to the "Shopping Cart," the customer must enter their details to proceed with payment, which can be made using the following method:
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
The products offered on this platform are sold securely. To provide this guarantee to the customer, the Company has an agreement with an external online payment service provider with extensive experience and presence in high-growth markets.
The data provided by the customer will be shared with the provider exclusively for the purpose of delivering the service, which includes payment processing and transaction validation through an anti-fraud system to minimise the risk of identity theft by cardholders.
By making payment using this method, the customer authorises the confidential handling of their information by the provider. Personal data, credit card details, and purchase information are transmitted encrypted over the network, thus ensuring protection.
The Company, however, is not responsible for any fees that credit card operators may apply.

Please note that for payments made by card, the system will automatically apply a 3.4% commission on orders exceeding USD 2,000, including shipping and insurance costs.
Before finalising the purchase and after entering personal and shipping details, the customer will input their credit card information, which will be charged the total amount provided by the platform.
Order validation will be carried out once the relevant entity confirms receipt of payment at the Peruvian bank. Please be aware that this procedure usually takes 2 working days after payment. The company provides a virtual account supplied by the payment system provider, allowing customers to check the real-time status of their transactions.
It is important to consider that if the customer selects special labelling during their purchase process, this will require approximately 10 additional days. Within 48 hours of placing the order, the customer can access tracking to view the actual dates committed by the provider. Should any issue arise with the payment made, the customer may contact their bank.
Payment by Bank Transfer
In this case, we use our account at Banco de Crédito del Perú in Miami, United States, to receive payments from the Americas, while payments from Europe, Oceania, and Asia are processed through our account at Indosuez in Switzerland. These details will be provided at the time of payment.
If any problem arises with the payment made, a Sales Assistant from the Company will contact the customer as soon as possible.
